The Dripping Springs Quit n Time Ranch and Magnolia are situated on five wooded acres in the community of Settlers Ridge. These two contemporary farmhouse-style homes on one ranch estate property are ideal for large groups. The main house is a completely remodeled two-story home offering six bedrooms and four full bathrooms within 4,200 square feet. The Magnolia guesthouse is a new-built single-level custom home with a split floor plan designed as a contemporary modern ranch farmhouse.

The 2,430-square-foot house has three spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. In total, this nine-bedroom and seven-bathroom vacation property can sleep up to 30 guests. All bedrooms are outfitted with Tribe Living luxury mattresses and linens, white duvet covers, and a choice of a high-end down alternative or memory foam pillows, as well as luxury bath towels.

The main house’s kitchen offers high-end, stainless-steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, dual convection ovens, and a six-burner electric cooktop. The dining area has seating for six and seating for six at the breakfast nook table. In total, there is seating for 22 guests.

The home’s media room features seating for 12-14 guests with two rows of plush and fully automated movie theater layback seating. There is a high-boy café style table with additional seating for four to six people. The game room features a custom pool table and a matching 14-foot shuffleboard table overlooking the backyard.

There are also a variety of outdoor activities and features this home offers, including a three-hole putting green, four-hole par 3 golf course (about 40 yards per hole), basketball hoop, bocce ball court, cornhole, horseshoes, outdoor chess board, practice roping steer, kids swing and baby swing, and barbecue with two Weber grills. The pool has a depth of 10 feet and a stone waterfall, as well as an attached 12-seat hot tub. A regulation-size basketball hoop for the pool has also been added. The pool can be heated upon request (except for from October through March) prior to arrival up to a temperature of 82 degrees for a fee of $235 per day. There are also lounge chairs and two fire pits settled on the surrounding decks, along with a table and chairs, a 10-seat outdoor dining table, plus a lounge area with a couch and chairs — all covered and includes ceiling fans and outdoor speakers. The home’s stone gas fire pit is great for enjoying a fire under the stars.

While Dripping Springs is known to be the “wedding capital of Texas,” visitors will also be close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, and about 25 minutes from Austin.
