Ten showroom updates bring cross-category growth to three of International Market Centers’ (IMC) most prominent High Point Market properties – Showplace, C&D Building and Market Square Tower – for the Fall 2022 Market (October 22-26).

“This Fall, furnishings and décor brands are tapping IMC to expand their High Point Market presence and better serve designers and retailers,” said Scott Eckman, IMC executive vice president, chief revenue officer. “The result is a refreshed buying opportunity that encourages discovery in key High Point Market destinations: Showplace, C&D Building and Market Square Tower.”

Showplace, which presents 25+ exhibitors featuring indoor and outdoor furniture, décor, rugs and more, has one new showroom, one expansion and two relocations in Fall 2022. Meva International (handcrafted solid wood, reclaimed wood, forged metals and fabric furniture) is new. Capris (rattan and upholstered indoor and outdoor furniture) takes a larger showroom. B S Trading Co (animal textiles and rustic Western lodge and African décor) and Orlena Home(washable area rugs) relocate within in the building.

The Commerce & Design Building (C&D), with 200+ product lines of home furnishings, accessories and much more, presents five Fall 2022 updates. Two new showrooms are Polish Furniture Association (representing seven Polish furniture brands) and Syznaka Meble (furniture made in Poland). Jaipur (area rugs, poufs, pillows and throws) relocates to C&D in an expanded space. Brentwood Classics (sustainable made-to-order sofas from Canada) and Butler Specialty Group (accent furniture and décor) relocate within the building.

Libeco (Belgian Linen bedlinens, table linens, rugs, draperies, accessories and fabrics) relocates in Market Square Textile Tower, which houses 10 floors of textile showrooms.

Also in Fall 2022, IMC launches its strategic reorganization of its largest property, the International Home Furnishings Center (IHFC) with the creation of a new design-driven décor destination on Floor 5, significant updates to Floors 6 and 7, and some 35 showroom debuts and strategic moves that redefine the five-floor accessories offerings and seven-floor furniture presentation
